Huawei has an AI Chip

Earlier this week at the IFA in Berlin, Richard Yu, CEO of Huawei’s Consumer Electronics Division, presented their newest mobile device, the Kirin 970, announcing its incredible feature.

The new Huawei Smartphone now has a specially designed Artificial Intelligence Chip!

Pow!

Mobile AI is here!

Huawei has become the first processor to feature an integrated Artificial Intelligence processing unit marking the next step of AI from the cloud into the hand!

With its new computing architecture, Kirin 970 delivers up to 25 times the performance with 50 times more efficiency. And Boy, Kirin 970 is fast, furiously fast! It is the fastest chipset on the market with the ability to process 2000 images per minute!

This chipset, measuring just 1cm², is built on a 10nm manufacturing process with 5.5 billion transistors and features an octa0cor CPU and 12-core GPU. KABOOM!

Huawei is taking mobile processing to the next level with the first smartphone, the Mate 10, to feature Kirin 970. The Mate 10 will be unveiled next month in Munich.

At NOS, our Apps are the securest messaging apps on the market. We, like Kirin 970, allow you to secure your cloud and your personal information. We do not collect or sell your data. We will not access your chats!

Well, those are well and truly bygone days of yore as a newly published report by Malwarebytes reveals that Mac threats have increased by a staggering 400% from 2018 to 2019, outpacing Windows by nearly two to one in threats per endpoint.
